You can delete your account yourself, immediately, without contacting us. The deletion runs on our server the moment you confirm it.
E-mail [email protected] from the address you used to sign in, with the subject Delete my account. If you used an anonymous device wallet rather than an e-mail sign-in, include the account identifier shown in the app's Settings screen (it looks like u_…) if you still have it.
We complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request, and reply when it is done. We do not ask you to give a reason.

| Verification evidence (organisation name, evidence photo) | Deleted. |
| Remaining points balance | Written down to zero. Points are not refundable in cash — please spend them before deleting. |
| Account identifier | Recorded as a deletion tombstone so the same account cannot be reactivated. Signing in again with the same credentials will not restore anything. |
| Purchase and points ledger entries | Kept. Commercial and tax law requires records of transactions and of consumer-withdrawal notices to be retained (5 years). These entries hold the transaction itself — not your uploads, posts or evidence. |
| Everything stored only on your device (vessel particulars, calculations, imported drawings, routes, scans) | Never sent to us in the first place. It disappears when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. |
Deletion cannot be undone. There is no recovery path — this is deliberate.

요청을 받은 날로부터 30일 이내에 삭제를 완료하고 회신드립니다. 사유는 묻지 않습니다.
